You Must Do This

In order to become a more confident and disciplined person, & to be known by others as someone who is self-reliant and dependable you MUST surround yourself with the people who CHALLENGE you to be better.⁣

Sounds simple enough, right?⁣

⁣

Then why aren't all men doing it?

And you might say, "well, I am!"⁣

⁣

But bro, are you really? Are you really being purposeful about surrounding yourself with people BECAUSE they challenge you? ⁣

Or, are you stuck in the default mode of surrounding yourself with people just like you?⁣

Because if you are going to tell me that you have been surrounding yourself with people who are truly challenging you, but you're still dealing with feelings of incompetence & inadequacy, then I am forced to question the intentionality of those relationships or the integrity of those people.
